Purchasing courses and package treatments
When purchasing a course or package treatments full payment must be made at the time of purchase and used within the recommended time scale. If a cancellation is after 36 hours before the treatment, we will unfortunately be unable to refund you for any money paid for that appointment. Cancellation or change of appointment
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancelling or changing an appointment 48 hours - 25 hours before your appointment, 50% of each treatment booked will be charged.
Cancelling or changing an appointment 24 hours - 4 hours before your appointment, 75% of each treatment booked will be charged.
Cancelling or changing an appointment up to 3 hours before your appointment, 100% each treatment booked will be charged.
No further appointments will be made until the payment has been received.
A non- refundable booking fee will also apply for 3 or more treatments during the same appointment time.
Cancelling some of your treatments during the same appointment time
If you decide that you no longer wish to have a certain treatment(s) during your appointment slot, please note that the above cancellation policy still applies.
Arriving on time for your appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us to let us no. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will either impact on the length of treatment given or we will have to cancel your appointment, depending on the treatment. The above cancellation policy will apply.
Refer a Friend
Voucher must be shown before the treatment is carried out. If booking more than one appointment, then you will receive 20% of the cheapest treatment. Cannot be used towards any Packages or Courses of Treatments, gift vouchers and any offers. The referred friend must not have had previous treatments with us previously. Please ensure you have filled out the voucher before. Cancellation Policy also applies.

Method of payment
I accept cash or bank transfer. Bank details will be given at the end of the treatment. I am aware that signal is tricky, but payment is required within 2 hours from the end of your appointment. If you have problems, please contact me asap via the contact details.
Vouchers
Vouchers must be used before the expiry date.
You must show your voucher before the treatment is carried out. It is preferred you state you have a voucher at the time of booking.
The voucher entitles you to whatever has been purchased and will say on the voucher. If you would like any additional extras, these will be charged at the extra price which is stated.
A written and verbal consultation is always carried out before any treatment.
**Vouchers that have been 'won' via a raffle etc - can only be used in premises in Southminster and Maldon, NOT available mobile. Cancelation/change of appointment fees will apply.
They have no cash value and expiry date cannot be extended.**
Expired vouchers
If you have a voucher that has expired you can extend their time limit for a small admin fee. All vouchers will have a 2-month expiry date from the date of extended purchase and can only be extended once.
Vouchers that are up to 3 months out of date can be extended for a fee of £5.00.
Vouchers that are up to 6 months out of date can be extended for a fee of £10.00.
Treating minors
We do treat minors (children), please confirm their age at the time of booking to guarantee the treatment can be carried out. A guardian is required for anyone under the age of 18.
GP Referral letter
If you have any of the following conditions you may need a doctor not or the treatment cannot be carried out
• Cancer
• In remission from cancer
• Heart/ Lung/ Kidney Disease or Conditions
• Breathing Conditions
• Strokes
• Some Autoimmune Disease
• Recent Surgery (6 months)
• Diabetes
• Skin Diseases
• On any blood thinning medication
• On medication for acne
• 1st Trimester of Pregnancy
• Pregnant but had any fertility treatment
• Pregnant but had difficult with previous pregnancies
Bringing a children or friend along
The environment isn’t ideal to bring young children into as there isn’t a lot of space and there are many products that could be harmful to them. Also having young children may impact on my ability to carry out the treatment to on you if you are distracted and they may stop you from relaxing and truly enjoying your ‘ME’ time.
If you would like to bring a friend or an older child with you, this ok but please note there isn’t a lot of space. If you could let us know before that would be helpful.
Inappropriate behaviour
Any inappropriate behaviour towards your therapists, will result in immediate termination of treatment and full payment will be required.
