Everyone is treated equally with any additional treatments adaptions will be catered for where possible. 

With over 12 years experience I have wide range of knowledge that I can help you with any aches and pains from mild to severe dealing with most causes of your pain.

Massage therapy is extremely underrated to the importance of regular treatments. Whether it's your job, hobbies or general health, all aspects of our life causes tension and wear to our bodies. Our muscles are vital to our daily movements which can cause intense pain and stiffness which effects your daily life, day and trying to sleep at night, therefore causing mornings to be agony and a painful, tight start to your day.

As a specialist and working with hundreds of clients I always advise that regular massage, no more than 4 weeks apart is essential. Having a 60 minute massage is the perfect length of time where I can really achieve the best outcome for you.

Before your initial massage a full consultation will be provided to ensure that best care and massage can be delivered. Following treatments will always include a progress consultation.

Specific aftercare for you will be given at the end of every massage as long with recommended follow up massage treatment/plan.

Bespoke Massage

Rachel is a Massage Specialist and expert who is offering ​a bespoke massage treatment.

Using her expertise she can pin-point exactly which muscles are problematic by using both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques giving you the ultimate personalised massage that your body needs whilst left feeling in less pain and relaxed.

Relaxation Massage

Let your body and mind drift away from life and into a safe tranquil soothing space. Using a special pre-blended aromatherapy gorgeous smelling relaxing oil, this lighter pressure massage is designed for deep relaxation while releasing muscle tension caused by the stress’ of life.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is perfect for releasing stress and achieving a calmer more relaxed you. It helps hair become healthier by massaging the scalp to improve circulation and blood flow to nourish the roots of the hair which can prevent hair loss. A scalp massage tones up the muscles and helps to relieve headaches and eye strain. It eliminates toxins from the muscles and helps oxygenate the muscles helping to promote energy flow, comforts and re-balances leaving a feeling of peace, tranquillity, and relaxation.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi Ear Candling works by a light suction (chimney effect) and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air on the drum. This includes a pleasant feeling of warmth and balance of pressure in the ears, forehead, and sinuses. It removes the build of ear wax and is soothing and helpful for earache & headache, ear noises, stress, and nervousness.

All facials are suitable for ladies and gentlemen – as they are tailored to your individual skin types.

All products used are exclusive, extremely luxurious, high-quality professional only products by Eve Taylor London. We have chosen to work with these amazing products as they are all-natural based products, they are paraben free as well as not being tested on animals and are all manufactured in England. All Eve Taylor London products are perfectly safe to use if you suffer from nut allergies due to how the protein of the nut is extracted. These aromatherapy-based products are not only gentle for your skin but are also super effective which give you amazing results and they smell absolutely divine.

Every facial treatment starts with a consultation to ensure that the correct products are used for your unique skin type. Also, within all the facials during the massage, oils are too selected for your skin type to give your skin an extra boost.

It is advised that you arrive with no make-up on as removing excessive make-up will shorten the time left for your facial.

Facial Toning Massage (inc. Gua Sha)

This treatment is started the same as any Facial with a double cleanse ready for a youth boosting aromatic serum is applied ready for the ancient Chinese technique using a Gua Sha tool made from jade stone. Treatment is finished with a toner and a moisturiser. All the products used are from the Age Resist Range to really complement the Gua Sha massage.

So why is Gua Sha massage unique to a normal facial massage?

- It relieves muscle tension whilst encouraging the muscles to tighten which plumps up the skin for a more youthful appearance.
